Compliance at the Servers…..

By bigblueguy

A Super User on a Unix Server is just that — a super user. They can go in, get down the root, and hide away without any record of activity.

TAM o/s addresses this by recording who logs in and what — even if they go in as a Super User — and showing their activity on the Unix or Linus servers. You can also protect files and directories based on particular users — and do so in a centralized and efficient manner.

Lots of Unix/Linux servers? Concerned about how developers or engineers are accessing those files and directories and need to be able to show compliance reports? This is worth a look.
